As a Sea Logistics Sales Executive, you will take a strategic role in driving business growth within our sea logistics division. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, lead complex negotiations, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of logistics and a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets.
Conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with operations to align solutions with customer needs.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Ensure smooth customer transitions to operations.
Demonstrate knowledge of company products and services.
Support RFQ, pricing, and handover processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years of field sales experience in sea logistics or sea logistics freight forwarding.
Understanding of logistics processes and solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships.
