O'Neill Auto Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our luxury dealership, Global Imports. The Service Advisor is the dealership’s front-line customer relations and Service representative. Responsibilities As an Automotive Service Advisor, you report to the Service Director and work in all areas including, but not limited to; Greeting customers, building rapport, and responding to service inquires Maintaining thorough and accurate customer records and communications history Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications Providing a digital cost estimate for labor and parts Ensure all vehicles are checked in through Xtime Ensuring and exceeding customer’s satisfaction and expectations within dealership and Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo standards Ensuring proper follow-up of all service inquires Ensuring customer service is top priority Other duties as assigned Additional Wage Information Bonus structure Requirements Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract Must be able to provide a clean Code of Conduct Previous experience in a dealership setting is prefered Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients Exceptional time management and organizational skills Robust communication skills, both verbal and written Why O'Neill Auto Group This is an exciting prospect to maximize career potential and grow within a large organization.
