Rugged Rock Harley-Davidson

is an authorized dealer of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and products. We currently have an opening in our General Merchandise Department for a

General Merchandise Sales Associate . We are looking for a full-time employee, however we are flexible and may be able to offer part-time hours as well!

Responsibilities:· Provide exceptional customer service to all customers · Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner · Handle phone transactions quickly and courteously · Assist customer with their selection of merchandise and fashion feedback · Notify customers when special orders orback-ordered items are received· Accept cash and credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate · Maintain clean and current displays of merchandise which appeals to customers · Maintain updated customer mailing lists · Assist with set-up, organization and staging of special events such as OpenHouses, HOG activities, fashion shows, etc.· Complete training, as required

Qualifications:· Experience in customer service is considered an asset · Ability to lift up to 40lbs
