We currently have an opening in our General Merchandise Department for a General Merchandise Sales Associate. We are looking for a full-time employee, however we are flexible and may be able to offer part-time hours as well! Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner - Handle phone transactions quickly and courteously - Assist customer with their selection of merchandise and fashion feedback - Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received - Accept cash and credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate - Maintain clean and current displays of merchandise which appeals to customers - Maintain updated customer mailing lists - Assist with set-up, organization and staging of special events such as Open Houses, HOG activities, fashion shows, etc. - Complete training, as required Qualifications: - Friendly, outgoing personality - Experience in customer service is considered an asset - Ability to lift up to 40lbs About us What does it mean to work at Hickman Automotive Group?
