Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure • Review project specifications and site conditions • Use MS Excel and HeavyBid for proposal generation • Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers on tenders • Participate in pre-construction planning and bid reviews

Requirements:• 3+ years of relevant estimating experience • Familiarity with civil construction practices • Strong attention to detail and social skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
