Duties - Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards - Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously - Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and hygiene - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas - Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage - Support team members during busy periods by assisting with meal preparation and service tasks - Ensure proper portioning and presentation of all menu items Qualifications - Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices - Excellent serving skills with a friendly, professional demeanor - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic knowledge of the food industry and meal preparation processes - Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed The main hours of operation are 11:00am to 7:00pm 7 days a week through October however some shifts during event will vary during the season. Successful candidate will be able to work varing hours throughout the week. Pay rate commiserates with experience.
