Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and service Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient operation Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments Solid knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer preferences Experience with meal preparation for diverse dietary needs is a plus Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in every dish Join our team as a Line Cook and bring your culinary talents to a lively restaurant environment where quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
