Tech Lead with C#/Python - nanaimo, Nanaimo

- Location:- Canada, Remote. - Role : Tech Lead with C#/Python - No of Position - 1 - Overall – 12+ years JD:- - 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernisation - Proven experience leading large-scale WinBatch or legacy automation migration programs to C# / .NET - Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows-based automation design and execution - Deep understanding of WinBatch scripting and translation of WinBatch logic into scalable C# implementations - Ownership of automation solution design, coding standards, logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms - Strong experience with MS SQL, including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs - Working knowledge of Python for supporting utilities, scripts, or data handling where required - Strong experience handling JSON-based inputs/outputs and configuration-driven automation design - Ability to design and govern batch processing, file handling, schedulers, and service-based automations - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support build, validation, and deployment of automation solutions - Hands-on experience reviewing automation quality gates and static analysis outputs in CI/CD pipelines - Robust proficiency with GIT repositories for version control, branching strategy, and release management - Lead technical design reviews and ensure consistency across multiple PODs - Guide developers and testers on automation standards, best practices, and reusable patterns - Ensure functional parity and controlled behaviors during WinBatch to C# conversion - Act as the primary technical interface with Humana stakeholders - Provide technical risk assessment, mitigation plans, and delivery status to clients and leadership - Ensure compliance with healthcare and enterprise governance standards - Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models with multi-POD execution - Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o7bbk
