Part-Time Clinical Dietitian Role (Nanaimo)

Enhance resident well-being as a part-time Clinical Dietitian, working two days a week. Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal nutrition and health quality for residents. In this role, you will assess and develop nutritional care plans tailored to residents at a continuing care facility. Your responsibilities include documenting care plans, participating in care conferences, and maintaining a current understanding of various dietary needs. The Clinical Dietitian will focus on ensuring nutritional safety, leveraging knowledge of therapeutic diets and communicating openly within the care team.
