We are looking to grow our Inside Sales team at our Nanaimo B.C. location. Successful candidates will be hands-on individuals who have a passion for customer service, sales and aren't afraid of physical work. Primary Responsibilities: Identify customers’ needs and recommend valuable products Sell Industrial/MRO products Answer customer inquiries and advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts Maintain a large territory of existing industrial customers Adhere to company safety policies Qualifications: Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace Self-motivated Excellent verbal communication skills Capable of maintaining a professional image and enhancing customer relationships Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner Front counter experience within an industrial industry is not necessary but is considered a definite asset.
