What You’ll Do

Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with great care and quality in mind to achieve“On Time” delivery to customers.

Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.

Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, i.e., no damaged products and freshest product selection.

Correctly document and label all orders based on pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.

Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.

Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service support for issue resolution.

Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, promptly clean spills and debris, and ensure totes are clean before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely and complete all safety pre‑inspection checks before use.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing and adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00.
