Assistant Program Manager - Assisted Living Focus (Nanaimo)

Take on a vital role at Island Crisis Care Society as an Assistant Program Manager in Assisted Living. Your leadership will ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident care within a respected nonprofit. In this position, you will support the Program Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and implementation of resident service plans. This role emphasizes a trauma-informed approach with a focus on personal dignity, safety, and independence for residents. You'll be responsible for staff coordination and ensuring adherence to Assisted Living regulations, as well as responding promptly to care needs and incidents.
