Client Advisor, Personal Insurance Location: Victoria, BC or Nanaimo, BC Employment Status: Permanent full-time Compensation: $60,000-70,000 CAD annually, based on performance and location. Main Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to an established portfolio of clients. Develop and write new business. Participate in up‑selling and cross‑selling initiatives to support business growth. Manage day‑to‑day client servicing and relationship management. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 3–5 years of previous Personal Insurance experience. Level 2 Insurance License is an asset. Work toward CAIB or CIP designation is an asset. Values & Competencies High degree of professionalism and integrity. A robust business acumen. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Cross‑selling and up‑selling abilities. Excellent technical and computer skills. Good judgement and decision‑making skills.
