Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - nanaimo, Nanaimo

Major Responsibilities of the Role: · As a Mabe Customer Service Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from our customers within Canada. - You will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances. - You will complete transactions in real time, work simultaneously with multiple software applications, consistently follow-up on commitments in a timely manner and appropriately identify and escalate unresolved matters.
