Responsibilities: - Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person. - Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person. - Process returns and exchanges. - Operate cash register, computer and printer. - Maintain the customer service area. - Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
