Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their style and needs Provide personalized fashion consultations and product demos to enhance customer experience Upsell complementary items by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored suggestions Maintain thorough knowledge of current men's fashion trends, store merchandise, and promotional offers Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and basic math calculations Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise Support the team in achieving sales goals through effective communication and organizational skills Experience Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform product demos effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales techniques is desirable This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a customer-focused setting and are eager to grow their expertise in fashion retail.
