Job Title: Cook Morningstar Golf Club is under Recent Management Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring the highest quality of food and adherence to food safety standards. As a Cook, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Duties - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace - Assist in receiving and storing food supplies - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the appropriate personnel - Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation for all dishes - Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: - Proven experience working as a Cook in a restaurant or similar environment - Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting - Robust communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Understanding of kitchen equipment and utensils - Certification in food safety is a plus If you are passionate about the food industry, have experience in meal preparation, and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
