What You bring To The Role - You are customer-service-oriented, have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology-rich environment. - Working with your IT department colleagues, you will deploy and support end-user computing environments, devices, applications, and local area networks and help with improving technology support and security practices. - Your qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years post-secondary education in a computer-related field, 3+ years of experience supporting a range of IT systems in a Microsoft-based network, and strong organizational and communication skills. - You have a valid BC Driver's license.
