Hourly IC Rate: $70-$80 per hour Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent client outcomes Work with clients with Mental Health diagnoses, brain and spinal cord injury Provide impartial home, job, and safety/attendant care assessments, functional ability evaluations, insurer examinations, ergonomic assessments, client education, and job coaching, as required Coordinate the return to work process with all stakeholders in a timely way, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace Work closely with the team and other resources to develop new programs to meet identified client needs Network with internal and external stakeholders to promote new and existing programs Perform regular, timely charting, reporting and communication Record workload measurement data Attend staff meetings and case conference meetings, as required Provide skilled services to other CBI facilities or departments, as required Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful You are a graduate of a recognized School of Occupational Therapy You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists in BC Have experience in the private sector and working within the community Experience with Mental Health diagnoses, brain and spinal cord injuries would be an asset Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development Recent Graduates are welcome to apply What CBI Health Offers You Continuous learning and skills development, including management opportunities Training and mentoring from a national network of experts Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits and rewards package, including group health, dental and vision benefits, paid 100% by the employer Flexible working hours and virtual care options Continuing training budget Excellent administrative support, so you can focus on your patients About Us CBI Health supports both the physical and mental health and well-being of Canadians from coast to coast.
