We offer: - Consistent full-time hours - Overtime - Competitive tip sharing program - Staff meals provided during shifts - Employee discounts - On-site parking - Opportunities for growth and advancement within our restaurant group - Supportive and team-oriented workplace culture Position Details Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour + tips (based on experience) Availability Candidates must be available for a variety of shifts, including: - Morning / Lunch shifts - Evening / Dinner shifts - Weekends Responsibilities - Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards - Wash, peel, chop, marinate, and prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service - Follow daily prep lists and complete assigned tasks efficiently - Cook and assemble menu items while maintaining consistency and quality standards - Label, date, rotate, and properly store food products - Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, stations, equipment, and storage areas - Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures - Receive and properly store deliveries and supplies - Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties as required - Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Qualifications - Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required - Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs - Ability to stand for extended periods - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented - Food Safe certification is an asset Schedule - 8-hour shifts - Day shifts - Evening shifts - Weekend availability required - Overtime available during busy periods Additional Pay - Tip sharing - Overtime pay If you're passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, and are looking for an prospect to grow your skills in a Korean-inspired kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.
