Lighthouse Bistro is looking for a First Cook- Line Cook Duties： -Runs and expedites food production line and or BBQ during high volume time as required. -Works with Production Cooks, Prep Cooks - Performs food production on Line, BBQ Patio, Prep area and Special events - Doing morning and evening prep lists according to the instriction of chef to ensure preparation quantities for all meal periods - Quality and sanitation controls as instructed -Follow proper procedures and company guidelines -Food Secure or equivalent are required -At least 3 years cooking experience at restaurants in BC Canada Please send resume or drop in person with Food Safe Certificate.
