Accounts Receivable Coordinator Nanaimo or Calgary

Become an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at The Fastener Group Ltd. in either Nanaimo, BC or Calgary, AB. Manage invoicing, payments, and recordkeeping in a full-time role.

In this position, you will support the accounts receivable process within a team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone with up to three years of accounting experience or coursework in finance or business. At TFG, you’ll ensure financial accuracy as you grow with a leading supplier of fasteners and tools.

Key Responsibilities:• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately • Process incoming payments and apply cash receipts • Follow up on outstanding customer balances • Maintain organized financial records for the branch • Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations

Requirements:• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience • Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and organizational skills
