Packaging / Warehouse Worker (Nanaimo)

Foley Dog Treat Company is hiring for a full-time hybrid position working on our packaging team and assisting our Operations Manager in our warehouse. The Packaging/Warehouse worker will work approximately 70% of the time in packaging and 30% of the time in the warehouse gaining hands on operational experience in a manufacturing setting.Responsibilities

Maintain the workflow on the packaging line. Operate packaging equipment, label product, and ensure lot codes, expiry dates, and case labels are accurate. Box and build orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines. Follow the weekly packaging schedule and adhere to standard operating procedures.Assist in receiving incoming deliveries and prepare outgoing shipments. Assemble orders and build pallets to fulfill shipments, ensuring labeling and shipping requirements are met. Follow the weekly shipping schedule and adhere to warehouse standard operating procedures. Operate a forklift (previous experience is an asset).Schedule&Location

Monday to Friday, various shifts from 7:30am to 4:30pm (no evenings or weekends). Work Location: In person; centrally located in Nanaimo, accessible by multiple bus routes and has free staff parking. Job Type&Compensation
