This onsite position supports Financial Advisors through effective communication and management of client files. You will handle meeting preparations, administrative tasks using industry software, and ensure clearance and confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist with client experience and office operations • Provide daily support via phone, emails, and in-person interactions • Conduct administrative duties related to investments and insurance • Coordinate with insurance carriers for file management • Update and maintain accurate client information in CRM
Requirements:• Two years of administrative experience required • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools • Ability to learn and manage software systems • Critical thinking and organizational skills essential • Excellent verbal and written communication
