Registered Pharmacy Technician, Central Island (Chemainus)

Overview Duncan Pharmacy and Crofton Pharmacy– Remedy’s Rx is seeking a full‑time registered pharmacy technician to join our team. We strive for best customer service, so excellent people skills is must.

Responsibilities

Processing of prescriptions and adjudicating to third‑party insurance

Checking blister packs and refilling prescriptions

Accurate filling and dispensing of prescription medications

Helping patients with picking up medications

Answering telephones and handling customer requests

Assisting with cashier responsibilities

Qualifications

Licensed with BC College of Pharmacy

Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation

Strong communication skills

Demonstrated customer service experience

Proficient computer and data entry skills

At least 3 years experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail pharmacy store
