Luna is Tex-Mex fusion restaurant that has a capacity of over 90 guests. We are open 7 days a week from 12pm-9pm. We serve lunch and dinner as well as offer delivery and takeout whenever we are open. We are currently looking for part-time and full-time cooks that can work lunch and dinner service.Job Descripton

Prep (chopping, peeling, cutting) and stock cooking station with all the necessary ingredients and equipment Prep items for your station Line: Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and detail; adhering to the recipes provided by the company; with attention to presentation and garnishing Cook on the line during service timesAscertain the quality and freshness of products Monitor stock and log shortages as required Keep a clean work station, including equipment and utensils; understand and abide by Health&Safety standards and Food Safe requirements Clean down your station and write prep list for the next shift Help the Chefs with daily kitchen duties Qualifications

Experience: Cooking: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: Food Secure, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred) Work Location: In person Pay&Benefits
