Responsibilities

Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financialproduct(Credit Cards)in a clear, relatable way

Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle

Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource

Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day

Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality

Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but notrequired

Compensation

Base wage $18/hr plus uncapped commission
