Lead Supervisor for Child Care Program, Nanaimo

Key Responsibilities:• Direct daily operations of the child care program • Supervise and coach staff members effectively • Ensure compliance with licensing and organizational policies • Develop engaging programming tailored to children's needs • Maintain accurate paperwork and reporting for program delivery

Requirements:• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience • Current First Aid/CPR certification • Preferably 2+ years in child care environments • Leadership experience desired • Must have legal work eligibility in Canada
