Administrative Client Service Representative Role (Nanaimo)

Become an integral part of our team as an Administrative Client Service Representative in Financial Services at our Nanaimo location. Engage with clients and facilitate smooth administrative operations daily. This onsite position supports Financial Advisors through effective communication and management of client files. You will handle meeting preparations, administrative tasks using industry software, and ensure clearance and confidentiality of sensitive client information.
