WATT Consulting Group is seeking an Intermediate Transportation Engineer to join its Nanaimo office. This role involves leading projects within a multi-disciplinary environment and providing valuable transportation expertise. Candidates will work on various transportation engineering and planning assignments, contributing to the growth of services on Vancouver Island.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead transportation engineering or planning projects collaboratively • Apply technical expertise in multi-modal road safety and design • Support project data collection and site inspections • Prepare documentation and reports for diverse audiences • Participate in public engagement and client meetings

Requirements:• A registered professional in engineering/planning (EGBC or RPP) • 3+ years in transportation planning or engineering • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation software • Familiarity with BC technical manuals and planning processes • Valid BC Driver’s License and accessto a vehicle
