Hiring Bonus: $500 Job Overview Location: Woodgrove Shopping Centre, Nanaimo BC. Reports to: District Manager. Salary: $42,000 to $52,000 per year + commission + bonus. Responsibilities

Achieve all key business objectives including sales, revenue, customer experience, and daily operations. Communicate and participate in the achievement of all sales targets, including activations, accessory and warranty attachments and other identified KPIs. Lead a sales team in a dynamic, results‑driven culture.Ensure all team members follow the sales process. Provide coaching and training to the team. Validate staff promotional knowledge and sales skills. Monitor sales floor to ensure high integrity for yourself and your team. Execute daily CRM activities, ensuring customer follow‑up and CASL compliance. Complete operational tasks outside of operating hours when applicable. Audit daily transactions and provide feedback when needed.Develop and execute quarterly objectives and goals. Participate in scheduled calls or webinars. Optimize scheduling to serve customers and control shrink. Inspire the team to deliver on the brand promise of personalized, unbiased advice. Lead by example in all required sales and operational behaviors. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Manage inventory receiving, signing, securing inventory, and planogram changes. Maintain kiosk appearance to a high standard, as directed by marketing guidelines.Manage staff scheduling, training, coaching, and interviewing. Write and deliver progress performance management documents. Continuously build a pipeline and proactively recruit. Skills&Qualifications

3–5 years of store supervision and management experience, preferably in the wireless or electronics sector. Detail‑oriented, results‑focused, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency. Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent is an asset. Computer aptitude with strong Microsoft Office skills. Comfortable with modern technology. Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.Benefits
