Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Bath, Ontario, Canada Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Vacancies: 1 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a flagship cement manufacturing plant in Bath, Ontario. This is a high-visibility leadership role within a major global industrial organization (~19,000 employees across 1,000 sites), where performance has significant internal and external impact. This role is ideal for a strong engineering leader with deep heavy industrial maintenance experience, proven success in unionized environments, and a track record of driving cultural and operational transformation. A key focus of this position is leading the shift from reactive maintenance to a disciplined preventive maintenance system in a high-output, continuous production workplace. This is also a strategic career pathway role, with high performers often progressing into Plant Manager or regional leadership positions.
