Make a great first impression! Greet and welcome our guests to Shoeless Joe’s

Communicate and market current/upcoming events and promotions with enthusiasm

Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties

Project positive body language; consistently upbeat, courteous and outgoing with guests

Ability to manage wait list effectively

Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation

Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure

Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
