Position Summary: As a Line Cook at Chuck' Bar and Grill, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. You will work alongside a team of dedicated kitchen professionals to ensure that every plate is prepared to perfection and served in a timely manner. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and specifications. - Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes before they reach the customer. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times. - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a positive and efficient work workplace. - Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Participate in regular kitchen clean-up and maintenance tasks. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food. - A valid Ontario Food handlers Certificate. will be needed.
