Pay is dependent upon experience, but you will make more with us than with anyone else - Room for Growth: We’re a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities for advancement - Consistent Work and Job Stability: We are a well-established company with stable year-round work. - Top-of-the-line Tools and Equipment: You’ll always feel prepared and confident working with the best tools and technology to get the job done right and efficiently - Great Team Culture: Join a friendly, positive, and collaborative team where your contributions are valued and recognized What you'll be doing: - This position includes the preparation and painting of both interior and exterior surfaces in residential,commercial, multifamily complexes and heritage buildings - Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding, filling and caulking to repairimperfections and prepare various surfaces for the application of coatings - Read and follow the specifications in the work order and follow the direction of your Foreman orSupervisor - Apply paint or other materials, such as primers or stains, using brushes, rollers or spray equipment - Safely use ladders and elevated work platforms to perform the required tasks - Maintain a safe and tidy work area and clean up at the end of each day Job Requirements: - Experience: High School education is required. Must have 2 years of experience in the trade or completion of a 3 to 4 year apprenticeship program - Detail Oriented: You take pride in your work, and you care about the small details that make a big difference - Team Player: You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and collaborate with others - Positive and Motivated: A can-do attitude is key!
