The Role We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer with extensive experience in building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in React.js and frontend technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and backend teams. You will play a crucial role in creating high-quality web applications that meet both user expectations and security standards, especially within the banking sector. Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and related frontend technologies. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design prototypes into functional web applications. Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring data security and performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high quality deliverables. Work closely with backend teams to integrate services securely and efficiently. Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and propose innovative solutions. Adhere to banking security standards and compliance requirements in all UI developments. Document code and technical specifications for transparency and future maintenance. Requirements: You are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. 7+ years of front‑end development experience, with a focus on building complex web applications. Experience with frontend build tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors such as SASS or LESS. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend components with backend services. Understanding of security best practices in web development, particularly within financial or regulated environments. Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Nice‑to‑have: Experience with TypeScript, Redux, and other state‑management libraries. Knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and data privacy standards relevant to banking. Prior experience working in financial services or regulated industries. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
