Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for all visitors and supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant or hospitality establishment. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience, along with strong communication skills, are highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage guest seating arrangements efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly Assist with phone etiquette, answering calls professionally and providing information as needed Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow Manage guest flow during peak hours to minimize wait times and enhance guest satisfaction Support other front-of-house operations as required to ensure a seamless guest experience Requirements Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality preferred Solid communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment Hospitality or restaurant experience is desirable but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates Professional appearance and demeanor necessary to represent the establishment positively Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends This position offers an engaging work environment where your interpersonal skills can shine while contributing to memorable guest experiences.
