Responsibilities - Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional customer service at all times - Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette - Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination to ensure efficient time management for staff and visitors - Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative processes - Utilize office management software such as Property Management System(PMS) Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various clerical tasks - Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining supplies, and organizing files - Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic bookkeeping functions as needed to support financial record-keeping Requirements - Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills - Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools - Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette - Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping practices - Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive schedules Join our team as a Front Desk Clerk where your energy, organizational talent, and dedication will make a meaningful impact every day!
