Summary Interviewer position: responsible for ensuring timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Post Secondary

High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional Accreditation/Certification

Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience Requirements

No minimum year required.

Prefer one (1) year of customer-oriented business experience.

Learning&Adaptation

3 months expected to learn or adjust to the job.

Other Specific Mandatory Experience Requirements

In Quebec, must be bilingual in French and English.

Technical Skill Requirements

Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.

Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.

Ability to lift 70 lbs.

Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skill Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.

Pay Wage: $21.09 per hour.

Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of: 1) their current driver's abstract; 2) their performance during application interviews; and 3) their performance on any driver competency assessments administered.
