We’re looking for an Assistant Manager / Floor Manager who can lead from the front, elevate service standards, and help build a high-performing team from day one. Full-time preferred. Strong part time candidates will be considered. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for: Leading the floor during service Supporting and coaching staff Handling guest issues Maintaining standards Helping build systems as we grow What You’ll Do Lead shifts and act as the main point of contact during service Coach and support hosts, servers, and bartenders Ensure a premium, consistent guest experience Handle guest concerns confidently and professionally Monitor flow across simulators, bar, and seating Jump into service when needed (this is key) Maintain team energy, accountability, and standards Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Support opening and closing operations What We’re Looking For 2+ years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Manager) Strong presence and confidence leading a team Proven ability to handle high-pressure service environments Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High energy, positive attitude, and professionalism Attention to detail and pride in execution Team-first mindset with leadership maturity Availability Requirements Days, evenings, and weekends required Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced workplace Why Join Us Premium, upscale concept Be part of the opening leadership team Growth opportunities as we expand Chance to step into a senior management role Build something from the ground up If you thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and take pride in leading great guest experiences — we want to meet you.
