Respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in‑house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Respond to telephone, email, and in‑person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. What WE expect
You won’t simply be filling a position at MIPH; you’ll have the opportunity to impact the overall performance of the hotel through your drive, positive attitude, and innovative thinking. Take pride in the product: give guests a positive first impression of the hotel and amenities. Be in the know: be involved in the community, aware of events and attractions, and pass relevant information along to guests. Take initiative: gather customer feedback and generate ideas that improve the guest experience.Tell our story: help manage social media accounts, assist with brand building and property marketing activities. Strive for improvement: positively accept and provide job-related feedback, work to exceed guest expectations and individual goals. Desired traits

Compensation above the industry average. Discounted meal and hotel rates. Free use of on‑site fitness centre&swimming pool. Single or family health benefits (available to full‑time staff). 8‑hour shifts with varied schedules: day shifts (7am – 3pm), evening shifts (3pm – 11pm), back shifts (11pm – 7am) as needed, weekend and holiday shifts. Health benefits, RRSP match, vision care. Employment details
Job type: Full‑time, Part‑time. Pay: From $17.50 per hour. Work location: In person.
