Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resource (HRBP and Staff Wellbeing) We are seeking a proactive and versatile Senior HR Assistant Manager to join our team in a role that combines HR responsibilities with support for our strategic staff wellbeing initiatives. This position offers an excellent chance to contribute to various aspects of human resources management while playing an active role in enhancing employee wellbeing. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment functions in meeting the manpower requirements of departments. You will partner with stakeholders in human resource management matters relating to employee relations and performance management. In addition, you will be responsible for managing essential HR functions including medical benefits administration and maintenance of employee records. An important aspect of this role is supporting the strategic planning and execution of staff wellbeing programmes that align with our organisational goals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staff wellbeing activities and gathering employee feedback to evaluate effectiveness of these programmes. Requirements Degree Qualification Proficient in statutory labour regulations At least 5 years’ related experiences, prior work experience in public healthcare will be an advantage Good Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
