Description
We do not currently have any open positions at KWENCH We may not currently be looking to fill any roles, however we are always looking to meet great people. If you feel that KWENCH is somewhere you would like to work, make sure to stop in and let us know. We would love to meet you, and then if something does come up in future, we know you are out there. Who You Are You thrive at the front desk because you understand that this is not the supporting role; it is the main event. Every person who walks through the door at KWENCH deserves to feel like they belong, and you make that happen every day, without being asked. You believe that hospitality is more than a job title. It's a way of showing up for people. You understand, maybe instinctively, that service is black and white, but hospitality is colour, and you are here to add colour to every single interaction. You are someone who notices things. Not just the ringing phone or the guest waiting at the desk, but the small moments where a little extra care could turn an ordinary Tuesday into something someone actually remembers. You don't wait to be asked. You read the room, anticipate what's needed, and go a little further than expected because that's just how you operate. You are warm, curious, grounded, and genuinely happy to be here. Who We Are KWENCH Coworking & Culture Club is a premium multi-service work and culture club offering office space, conference rooms, fitness facilities, events, learning, community, and food all under one roof.
