Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in lining operations (e.g., CIPP, slip lining, or spray lining). The ideal candidate will support both project managers and project supervisors in planning, executing, and completing projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate day-to-day project activities and schedules for lining projects. - Ensure client site prerequisites are met - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Track project progress, budgets, and documentation. - Assist in procurement of materials and equipment specific to lining operations. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. - Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates. Qualifications - Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in pipeline rehabilitation or trenchless technology. - Familiarity with lining methods such as CIPP lining, slip lining, or epoxy spray lining. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar). - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites as needed.
