Line Cook/Prep Cook (Tottenham)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our energetic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and providing excellent service to our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry. Duties - Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients - Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency - Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment - Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring timely delivery of orders - Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed - Adhere to all health regulations and sanitation standards Skills - Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service environment - Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen hygiene - Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours - Strong attention to detail in meal presentation and ingredient measurement - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance - Serving experience is a plus for understanding guest expectations but not required - Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving menu offerings Join our team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook to contribute your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
