This Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Order Desk) Position Features: Direct Hire position Straight Day shift Annual salary reviews (July/August) + discretionary bonus Great Pay to $60K Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Order Desk) Location: Alliston, ON (100% In-Office) Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:30am4:00pm or 8:00am4:30pm Salary: $50,000$60,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: Immediate coverage + RRSP company match up to $2,500 Vacation: 2 weeks (increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years) + paid company shutdown during Christmas holidays About the Role We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Order Desk) to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong customer service and order entry experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns Process high-volume order entry, pricing, quotes, invoices, and order tracking Advise customers on shipping dates, order status, and pick-up readiness Update and maintain ERP system with accurate order and customer information Translate French/English email correspondence and product/service information Coordinate shipping documentation including bills of lading, proof of delivery, and related paperwork Communicate inventory issues and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Work closely with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or order desk environment Strong experience with high-volume order entry Excellent data entry and strong attention to detail Good math skills Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) Robust communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment Disclaimer: This is currently for an active job opportunity.
