Job Summary Mrs. Mitchell's Restaurant is a very busy 70 seat casual fine dining restaurant located in Violet Hill on Hwy 89 between Airport Road and Hwy 10. We are currently looking for a part time or full time dining room server working a variety of days, nights and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a must Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Positive understanding of food safety, sanitation, and food handling standards Basic math skills for order calculations and cash handling Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables effectively Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant restaurant setting!
