Responsible for facilitating full-cycle recruitment, conducting interviews, and maintaining personnel files, you’ll play a vital role in onboarding current hires. Plus, you will help track health and safety compliance and coordinate training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews • Prepare and coordinate recent hire orientation sessions • Ensure compliance with MFIPPA and record retention • Gather and verify timekeeping data for payroll use • Plan staff activities and corporate wellness events Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance • Skilled in filing systems and timekeeping processes • Expertise in MS Office with a preference for HRIS experience • CHRP or JHSC certifications are considered an asset This position prioritizes key HR functions and solid organizational skills to enhance team effectiveness.
