Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Pastry Ingredients to join our team., bilingual Italian and English. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, expanding our market presence, and providing tailored solutions to bakery and pastry businesses. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and effective negotiation. Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new clients and expand existing accounts within the pastry and bakery industry - Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with bakery owners, pastry chefs, and foodservice providers - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our pastry ingredients portfolio - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for product offerings or service enhancements - Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and ongoing account development - Lead negotiations with potential clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity - Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to inform future innovations Requirements - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food ingredients or culinary industry - Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively - Business development expertise with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting - Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making - Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to product positioning and customer engagement - Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships and achieving targets Join our team as a Sales Representative for Pastry Ingredients and play a vital role in delivering high-quality products that inspire creativity in bakeries nationwide.
