Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, craft high-quality drinks, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality and experience in food and beverage service. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing beverages, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area, all while providing an exceptional experience for our patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and billing Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and serve beverages in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling when applicable Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations Skills Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Robust time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experience Experience in hospitality or food service industries is highly desirable This position offers an engaging workplace where your hospitality skills can shine.
